1 – USE OF ART:
The works of Luis Tamani are protected by Copyright.
PRINTING IMAGES OF LUIS TAMANI, ON ANY MEDIUM, IS NOT ALLOWED.
*FREE USES:
No files will be transmitted for these uses.
- Social Networks: If you use one of Luis Tamani's images for your social networks, put a link to the website: www.luis-tamani.com
- Distribution: It is not authorized to distribute the art of Luis Tamani in a video available for sale or to post on the Internet. However, as part of a workshop, you can include images of Luis Tamani in your workshop with artist credit.
- Tattoo: A donation is welcome for the use of Luis Tamani's Art to make a tattoo. Choose your tattoo artist carefully so that the result makes you happy. If you agree that we share it on the networks, you can send a photo of the final result to contact@luis-tamani.com
- Magazines, artistic journals and interviews: Images will be provided as part of an interview or article on the artistic work of Luis Tamani. The final version of the project will be welcome. You can share your project with us by sending it to contact@luis-tamani.com
*PAID USES:
Regardless of the licensing agreement, a credit/link must always be included with each image used.
- CD, Book (front cover), product labels: Depending on the quantity printed and the scope of the product, the licensing fees are between €350 - €2,000. Write to contact@luis-tamani.com to inquire about usage options.
- Event promotion: depending on the project, scope and capacity of the event, licensing fees are between €350 - €1,500 per image requested.
The authorization is for promotional materials only, it does NOT include merchandise or products to be sold. Any printing or use beyond this will be renegotiated and approved by Luis Tamani.
Luis Tamani does not authorize the use of his works for the promotion of your business or your private practice of any nature whatsoever (including business cards, brochures, leaflets, websites, etc.), except with written authorization (licensing fees may be required).
