Delivery

Products are available all over the world. They will be delivered to the delivery address that the customer has filled in when ordering.

Delivery takes place within 6 to 8 days of receipt of the order and payment. Luis Tamani cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays related to its service providers (Colissimo and other carriers). This service period is not guaranteed during public holidays and certain periods (Sale, Black Friday, Sale, inventory, high activity...).

Customs duties

Depending on your location, customs duties may be applied by local authorities. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.

Return of the Product

The customer has 30 days from receipt of the ordered product to return the item to Luis Tamani at the following address: 4 RUE DE LA GRIGNAUDERIE 18800 CHASSY - FRANCE. Please contact us by phone at +33-650-223-633 if you need to make a return.

The returned product must absolutely be returned to us in perfect condition, nor damaged, in its original packaging itself packed in a carton or pouch adapted to the contents. Otherwise, the return will be considered non-compliant and will be returned to you.

Upon receipt of the returned product, Luis Tamani will refund the customer on his personal space via a voucher valid for 12 months.

The costs of the return:

The delivered product does not conform to the ordered product
In this case, Luis Tamani will bear the shipping costs of the return. This will have to be done by the carrier chosen by Luis Tamani when the customer requests a return.
